Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your order has been dispatched. 

To be eligible for a refund once returned, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

Please note, we do not provide the cost of the returns label.

Please note, we do not offer refunds on the products that have been cut to suit a code unless there is a fault with the item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds     

We will notify you once we’ve received your return and your refund will be processed same day on your original payment method. If more than 14 working days have passed since we’ve processed your refund and it has not been received, please contact us at support@online-keys.co.uk
